German lieutenant colonel during World War Two.

Born in Dingolfing, Bavaria, Germany.

Fought in World War One.

During the years of Nazis Germany; Peter was a body guard to Hitler, worked with the Reich Security Service-RSD, and was appointed Chief of Department 1 (responsible for the personal protection of Hitler).

During the Battle of Berlin, he was among the top Nazis in the Führerbunker. He was in charge of the capture and execution of Hermann Fegelein, he helped burn Hitler and Eva Braun's bodies after their suicide, and left the bunker on May 1st, 1945.

But on May 2nd, Peter Högl was killed in battle with the Soviet troops while trying to flee Berlin.
