"CANISTEO -- Mrs. Thomas Hallett, wife of the late Thomas Hallett, died at their residence about 8 o'clock last night. Mrs. Hallett had a stroke of paralysis about one year ago and her health had been gradually failing since. A few days ago, paralysis came again and she did not rally but slowly failed until her death. Truly this is sad as it is but a few weeks since Mr. Hallett died and now his estimable wife follows him to that last long resting place.
P.J. Hallett, their only living child, is left to mourn the double loss of father and mother. Their beautiful home with every thing that heart can wish is in his hands.
