MOSCOW Frank Joseph Livingston of Moscow died Tuesday of cancer at Gritman Memorial Hospital. He was 27.

He was born Oct. 20, 1963, in Ontonagon County, Mich. After attending Bergland High School, he attended a trade school for two years and graduated from community college with a degree in business mechanics.

He married Joyce Hartman May 14, 1988, at Ironwood, Mich., and moved to Moscow in the summer of 1989. He worked in the parts department at Helbling Brothers at Moscow. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Survivors include his wife, Joyce of Moscow; a daughter, Kristy of Moscow; his parents, John and Bea Livingston of Ironwood, Mich.; five brothers, Bradford Livingston of Kinchloe, Mich., Preston Livingston of Omaha, Neb., Albert Livingston of Bessemer, Mich., Bernard Livingston of Fort Knox, Ky., and Thomas Livingston of Ewen, Mich.; and three sisters, Caroline Livingston of Marquette, Mich., Mary Hanson of Swartz Creek, Mich., and Sue Livingston of Colorado Springs, Colo. A sister, Theresa Marie, preceded him in death.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated today at 4 p.m. at St. Augustine's Catholic Center with the Rev. Mark Finley as celebrant. The body will be cremated. The family suggests memorials go to Hospice of the Palouse at Moscow. Short's Funeral Chapel at Moscow is in charge of arrangements.
