Apr 18, 2014 - Louisa has an index card from the 1974 census which says Malissa Armstrong Blain. We are unable to find the Armstrong name in connection with Louisa. The thought is that Louisa and Malissa are the same.

Louisa is believed to be buried in Virginia Point Cemetery. She had no engraved stone here to mark her grave. I have tried to find her elsewhere, but haven't as of yet. Zora Youree helped with the 1974 census and history. She was very knowledgeable on the people and facts.

John married Louisa "Elzada" M. Rice in Grayson Co, TX on Aug. 20, 1885. Louisa born about 1867 in Arkansas & died about 1900 in Fannin County, Texas.

I don't know why it says he's married, but she isn't listed as his wife, unless she was already deceased when the census taker came around?
But James P. was born 1891.
And J.C. was born 1894 and not buried with the others.

(Just like a man not to know when he got married!)
