HURRICANE, Utah –

Keith Murray Wilkins, age 81, passed away Tuesday, August 24, 2004, ending his battle with Alzheimer's disease.

He was born June 1, 1923 in Murray, Utah, son of Ormond Lamond and Mildred Viola Murray Wilkins.

He married Rhea Stock on March 23, 1943 in the St. George Temple.

Keith was a wonderful carpenter and took great pride in his work (his wedding gift to us was a custom designed bookcase which we still treasure after almost 50 years -- that's how we know!)

Surviving family include his seven children: Keith Chad (Cara) Wilkins, Mary Lynne (Don) Rasmussen, Peggy Lee (Jim) Clark, Patsy Dee (Dennis) Burtchett, Nola Hope Wilkins, Jack R. (Cindy) Wilkins, and Jill K. Winder; brothers, Jerry Max Wilkins, Kendyl Wilkins, Cody Wilkins; and sister, Nola Beecroft.

He was preceded in death by his: parents; wife, Rhea; and sister, Glenna (Evan) Cooper.

Funeral services held Sat., August 28, 2004 at the Spilsbury Mortuary Chapel. Interment in the Washington City Cemetery.
