Survivors include his maternal grandparents, Dennis and Tina DeSantis of Milford; his paternal grandfather, Paul Proctor Sr. of Austin, Texas; his paternal grandmother, Lisa Angelone of Apple Valley, Minn.; maternal great-grandmothers, Sylvia Estes and Willabelle DeSantis of Erie; paternal great-grandparents, Dick and Mary Trumpore and Ilo Hall; and several aunts, uncles, great-aunts and great-uncles.
