Carl Dean Penrod, age 41 of Carson City, Nevada, died November 20, 1994, a victim of homocide.
He was born August 19, 1953 in Waco, Texas to James Lewis and Phyllis Maxine Petersen Penrod.
He grew up and graduated from high school in Pleasant Grove, lived in St. George and Carson City for the last ten years where he worked as a concrete finisher. He was an avid hunter and a Veteran US Army 1973-75.
He is survived by parents, a sister, and her husband, Debbie Gary Robinson, all of Altamont.
