NEPHI- George Charles Hall, 82 passed away Tuesday August 24, 2004 of causes incident to age. George was born in Nephi on December 29, 1921 to Perry C. and Laurel. F. Hall. He was a life long resident of Nephi, UT. He graduated from Juab High School and later attended Utah State University. George married Delone Childs in Nephi UT, on June 17, 1949. The marriage was later solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple. Delone preceded him in death on May 5th, 1968. He was employed by Nephi Rubber Products for over 30 years, retiring in 1984. George loved to garden and he was well known for his beautiful gladiolas and his generosity of garden produce to family, friends and neighbors. He also enjoyed raising many types of livestock through out his life, especially raising and showing Suffolk sheep. George loved his family, particularly his grandchildren. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered. Survived by his five children; daughter Marsha (John) Lundberg of Mercer Island, WA. son Bruce (Julie) of Spanish Fork, UT. son Steven (Lynnea) of Perry, UT. son Curtis ( Suzanne) of Cedar Hills, UT and daughter Wende Holmes, Nephi, UT. Thirteen grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Brothers Richard D. ( Kathy) Hall of Orem UT, R. Lynn( Mary Ann) Hall of Roosevelt, UT. Sisters; Ruth (Joe) Jensen of Nephi, UT and Louise Lanier of Salt Lake City, Also preceding him in death are brothers Perry F Hall, Elwood R. Hall and his parents. Funeral services held Thursday August 26, 2004 at the Nephi 1st Ward; 222 South 100 East Nephi, UT. Interment will be in the Vine Bluff Cemetery in Nephi, UT
