Obituary
Robert E. Braughton, 62, of Lathrop, California., formerly of Decatur, died Thursday at San Joaquin General Hospital in French Camp, California.
He was born in Decatur, son of Eva Braughton and the late William Braughton.
Survivors include his mother, Eva Fair and stepfather Hugh E. Fair of Wood River; three daughters, Cindy Clark of Delaware, Ohio, Sue Graham of Ashley, Ohio and Patrice Davis of Berkeley, California; four grandchildren; a brother, Jack E. of Wood River; and two sisters, Lois E. Hofstetter of Decatur and Mildred L. Hart of Matteson.
Memorial services were held in Lathrop, California and cremation services to follow.
DeYoungs Memorial Chapel in Stockton, California was in charge of arrangements.
