Pauline Rebecca Baca, 87, died Sunday, July 8, 2012. A resident of Concho she was born Dec. 11, 1924, in Tupelo, Oklahoma, the daughter of Carl Tom and June Allmon.
Pauline was a homemaker, wife and mother. Her other talents included cake decorating, author and artist.
She is survived by her children: Tony A. Baca of Phoenix; Patrick Baca of Suwanee, Ga.; Stan Gerstenschlager of Phoenix; Paula A. Candelaria of Portland, Ore. and Viola Brooks of Springerville; five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband of 57 years, and a daughter June R. Harris.
A viewing will be held at 9 a.m. Friday, July 13, with rosary at 10 a.m. Funeral mass will be held at 11 a.m. at the Concho Catholic Church. Interment will follow the mass at the Concho Catholic Cemetery.
