Larry Bishop passed away Friday July 13, 2012 in his home, following a short battle of cancer. He was born December 21, 1930 in Colorado Springs Co. He retired from Continental Airlines after 20 years, and after moving to Springfield he was employed by Frisco Transportation as a Sales Rep.
He is survived by hs wife of 39 years, Edythe Bishop of the home. one son, Dr Randolph Bishop of Savannah GA. one stepdaughter, Freddie Atkinson of Lebanon Mo. five grandchildren, one sister, Betty Callahan of Bradenton, Fl. and many friends.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday July 18, 2012 at 11a.m. in Trinity Lutheran Church. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Funeral Home North.
