The wards are numerous, spacious, well ventilated, and provided with hot and cold bath. Private accommodations of a superior character, will be furnished when required. Cases of Midwifery will also be received, and due regard paid to both mother and child. The Hospital is visited daily by a least two of the Physicians; and when cases requiring it occur, all will attend in consultation. There is a resident Physician at all times in the house, and kind and experienced nurses are provided. TERMS for Board, Medical Attendance, Surgical Operations, Midwifery, Medicine, Nursery, &c., &c. are:
For White persons . . . . . . . $5.00 a week
For Negroes . . . .. . . . . . . . . .4.00 a week
For extra accommodations …7.00 a week or by contract

S. will act with the Board, and make a careful Medical Examination of each negro before appraisement. the members of the Board and Surgeon Crenshaw will report to Brigadier General W. H.
