HILARY BERRES

Hilary J. Berres, 59, of Rt. 1, Denmark died Sunday afternoon at Two Rivers Municipal Hospital.
Funeral services will be at 9:15 a.m. Wednesday at Klein & Stangel Inc. Funeral Home, and at 10 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, Tisch Mills, the Rev. James Geenan officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
Mr. Berres was born May 22, 1911, in the Town of Edson, Chippewa County, a son of the late John and Mrs. Elizabeth Berres. The family brought him to Manitowoc county in early boyhood, settling in the town of Gibson where he had been operating a farm with his brother Leonard.
Besides his mother on the farm home and the brother, he leaves five other brothers, Orman of Batavia, Ill., Cornelius of St. Nazianz, John of Madison, Joseph of Manitowoc, and Raymond of Rt. 2, Manitowoc; and five sisters, Mrs. Clarence Schulz, Miss Leona Berres, and Mrs. Donald Henrickson of Two Rivers, and Mrs. Helen Linz of Columbus, Wis., and Mrs. Paul Greene of Green Bay.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Tuesday where memorial services will be at 9 p.m.
