Mrs. Alexander Konieczny, Rt. 1, Denmark, died early Monday morning at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc, after a long illness.

Mrs. Konieczny, nee Martha Siklinski, was born at Michigan City, Ind., in 1898, a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Siklinski. She was married in 1969 at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church to Alexander Konieczny. In 1918, the family moved to Peshtigo and in 1942, the family took up its home at LaPorte, Ind. Three years ago, the couple moved to Rt. 1, Denmark, to make its home with a son, Harold.

Besides her husband, she leaves

five daughters,
*Mrs. Reuben (Irene) Gove of Maribel,
*Mrs. Willard (Gertrude) Button.
*Mrs. Walter (Eleanor) Seivers, and
*Mrs. Thomas (Marie) Miller, all of LaPorte, and
*Mrs. Larry (Ruth) Willie, of Cedar Lake, Ind.,

six sons,
*Edward,
*Sylvester and
*Stanley, all of LaPorte,
*Francis of Rolling Prairie, Ind., and
*Alexander and
*Casimir of Rt. 1, Mishicot;

39 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
