Joseph Kunesh, Sr, 61, of Tisch Mills, died Sunday afternoon at University Hospital, Madison.
Mr. Kunesh was born Feb. 10, 1913, at Stangelville, son of the late Thomas and Rose Shefchik Kunesh. He married Mayme Aulik June 11, 1935, at St. Mary Church, Tisch Mills. He had been employed at Hamilton Industries, Two Rivers, retiring after 30 years employment.
He was a member of St. Mary Church, Holy Name Society of the church, charter member of the Squeekers Sip Club and a retired member and former board member of Tisch Mills Fire Department.
Survivors include his wife;
a son, (private);
a brother,
*Alois, of Stangelville;
two sisters,
*Mrs. Ernest (Josephine) Zima, of Two Rivers, and
*Mrs. Roland (Margaret) Popp, of West Kewaunee; and
three grandchildren.
Two brothers preceded him in death.
