Mrs. Marion (Norbert) Stangel, 63, of 18233 Nero Rd., Two Rivers, died Thursday
afternoon, June 4, 1992, at Holy Family Memorial Medical Center.
Mass of Chrisitan Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Mary's Catholic Church,
Tisch Mills. Rev. Ralph Hermsen officiating and burial will be in parish cemetery.
She was born at Milwaukee on April 6, 1929, daughter of Cecilia Bohman and the
late Pearly Jasmer. She was married on June 18, 1949, to Norbert Stangel at Holy
Cross Catholic Church, Mishicot. They then farmed at their present address. She
also had been employed at the former Stahl Butcher Shop and was a member of St.
Mary's Catholic Church and Rosary Society, Two Creek Homemakers and Mishicot
Senior citizens.
Survivors include her husband, Norbert; her mother, Cecilia Jasmer of Two Rivers;
a son and daughter-in-law, Norbert L. and Christian Stangel of Two Creeks; a
daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer and Christ Schefe of Mishicot; a brother and
two sisters-in-law, Joseph and Rosanna Jasmer of Jacksonport and Mrs. Bonnie Jasmer
of rural Two Rivers; a sister and brother-in-law, Dorothy and Donald Mailand of
rural Manitowoc; five grandchildren, Jason, Casey and Nathan Stangel, Sarah and
Craig Schefe; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by a brother,
Michael.
Friends may call at Lambert Funeral Home, Mishicot, 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday and
Monday until we leave for the church at 10 a.m. Parish memorial service will be
7:30 p.m. Sunday.
