"Melvin Stangel, 44, a resident of St. Mary Home, Manitowoc, died Friday at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc. Mr. Stangel was born Feb. 6, 1931, at Manitowoc, son of the late Adolph J. and Mary (Slaby) Stangel. Melvin was the third of their five children [three sons & two daughters.]
