John A. Kozelka, 54, town of Mishicot farmer, and active in town and school circles for years, died last night at the Holy Family Hospital, where he has been a patient since Oct. 31.

Mr. Kozelka was born at Tisch Mills in 1888, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Kozelka, Sr., and lived on the homestead farm. He was a supervisor on the town board for a number of years and served as a school director. He was also an officer of the Z.C.B.J. lodge for a number of years.

He is survived by

his mother,
*Mrs. John Kozelka, Sr., of Mishicot;

a sister,
*Mrs. William J. Stangel of Mishicot;

two brothers,
*Dr. Frank Kozelka of Madison, and
*Dr. Adolph Kozelka of Two Rivers.
