Rev. K. F. Braaten, 81, 305 North Orchard, Northfield passed away Tuesday April 2 at Northfield City Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday April 4 from St. John's Lutheran church with the Rev. Loyal E. Golf officiating. Interment will be at Oaklawn cemetery. He is survived by his widow; two daughters, Valborg, Mrs. Glen Johnson, Spooner, Wis.; Alice, Mrs. Tom Bartholomay, Fargo, N.D.; two sons, Conrad, Scottsdale, Arizona; Arndt, St. Paul. Visitation will be Wednesday afternoon and evening at the Anderson Funeral Home.
