Frostburg - Mrs. Della M. Meagher, of 11 Broadway, died yesterday at Memorial Hospital, Cumberland. She had been in ill health for a year. Born in Shaft, she was a daughter of the late George and Margaret (Morgan) Tippen. Her husband, Edgar Meagher, preceded her in death. She was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church and of the Sodality. Surviving are one son, Francis Meagher, Baltimore; two daughters, Mrs. Margaret Lavin, Frostburg, and Mrs. Hilda Berry, Cumberland; one sister, Mrs. Emma Byrne, Beaver Falls, Pa., nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Hafer-Sowers Funeral Home. Requiem mass will be celebrated Monday at 9:30 A. M., at St. Michael's; burial will follow in the parish cemetery.
