Born in Greene County, he was a retired sheet metal mechanic. He died May 27, 2007.
He is survived by his wife Anna Lee (Brannan) Blankinchip of Leakesville; two sons, Guy Eric Blankinchip and Chris E. (Cindy) Blankinchip, both of Lucedale; two daughters, Deborah (Bobbie) Smith and Gretcha Davis, both of Leakesville; two brothers, Jack Blankinchip and Clymouth Blankinchip, both of Citronelle, Ala.; and two sisters, Maxine Lee of Citronelle, Ala. and Betty Dueitt of Leakesville.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Lucretia Ann Warren; and parents, Allen and Ruby Blankinchip.
Freeman Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
