Frank was a U.S. Army veteran who served during World War II in the Engineers Combat Battalion and fought in the Battle of the Bulge and the Battle at the Rhine River for the Ludendorff Bridge at Remagen, Germany.

Son of the late Frank and Stella Ancuiszko Bialopiotrowicz; husband of the late Dolores Klimaszewski Bailey; and brother of the late Jean Zdunczyk and Loretta Bartko, he is survived by two daughters; one son; two granddaughters; and one brother, Victor J. Bialopiotrowicz of Orlando, FL.
