Pat is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Donna and Jayson Reves of Powell; Donna's father, Don Adams of Knoxville; grandchildren, Porscha Bowden, Shelbie Bowden and Jaydon Reves; life long partner, Barbara Thomas of Oak Ridge; brother, Richard Long of Frankfort, KY; several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 6:45 p.m. on Wednesday followed by a Celebration of Life at 7 p.m. in the Click Funeral Home Farragut Chapel with Rev. Lee Jeffers officiating.
