JACOB PLANK aged 83 died Thursday noon at the home of John H Marnes. The funeral was preached by Rev. Moses Yoder of Howard County, Indiana and Rev. Andrew Mast of Arthur. Burial was in the Stephen I. Miller Cemetery.
Mr. Plank was the father of Mrs. John Helmuth and Mrs. John Marner and Uncle of Bishop D.J. Plank. The following relatives were here for the funeral: John I. Plank, a brother of Kalona, Iowa, John a son of Iowa, David, Noah, Polly, and Mrs. Noah Beachy of Hutchinson, Kansas.
