Obituary, Green Castle Journal, February 12, 1920, p. 8, col. 2 John Rowe, aged 78, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Clyde Bachman of Kirksville Monday night after a stroke of paralysis. He leaves six children: three daughters, Mrs. Carl and Clyde Bachman of Stahl and Mrs. Quigley of St. Joseph. Three son, Lem, Albert and Frank. His remains were brought to Stahl for burial Tuesday.
