ACCURSO, BEN, 81, born in Smetana Community of Bryan, Tx. passed away Wednesday, August 18. He married his wife Jean in 1983 and became a loving father to her 3 daughters. He served in W.W. II in the 42nd Bomb Squadron of the 11th Bombardment group in the 7th Air Force as a Radio Operator. He was a member of St. Bernard of Clairvaux Catholic Church, The Leisure Club, Audie Murphy VFW Post, MOC Lucky 37 and the Paternal Order of the Eagles. Survived by wife Jean, daughters, Donna & her husband Ronald Anderson, June & Joan Boyce. 2 granddaughters, 2 great-grandchildren, sisters, Vita Malazzo, Irene & her husband Max McGhee & Lena Patti. Special Friends, Donald Wilkins & Dean Miller. Numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation 6 P.M. until Rosary at 7:P.M. Rosary will be recited at 7:00 P.M. Friday, August 20, 2004 led by Rev. August A. Melito, Presider at Sparkman/Crane. The Funeral Mass will be Celebrated at 10:30 A.M., Saturday, August 21, 2004 at St. Bernard of Clairvaux Catholic Church. Interment at Calvary Hill Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the St. Bernard Building or School Fund, or Visiting Nurse Association, Hospice. Dignity Memorial Sparkman Crane 10501 Garland Rd.
