Wilbur L. Crooks, a dairyman with Model Farms Dairy, died at 12:55 p.m. yesterday at General Hospital. He was 34.
Crooks, who lived at 641 Baxter, was a Navy veteran of World War II and a member of the Derby City Post, Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Lorena Crooks; a daughter, Glendon Marie Crooks; a son, Edmond L. Crooks; his mother, Mrs. Bela Crooks, a brother, Robert Crooks, Indianapolis, and a sister, Mrs. Edward Goemmer.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Arch L. Heady Funeral Home, 1201 E. Oak. Burial will be in Zachary Taylor National Cemetery.
