Johnny Keith Ashcraft,78, of Little Rock, passed away Saturday, July 7, 2012 at the V A Hospital in Little Rock. He was born July 24, 1933 in Rye, AR.

He was a retired meat cutter for Kroger, U. S. Army Veteran of Korea and of Presbyterian faith.

He was the son of the late Hugh B. Ashcraft and Bula Mercer Ashcraft and was preceded in death by three brothers, Raymond, Joe and Leon Ashcraft and three sisters, Cleda Engel, Mary Ashcraft and Louise Gates.

Survivors include one brother, Wayne Ashcraft of Little Rock; four nephews, Jimmy Gates of Memphis, Joe Albert of Benton, Mark Engel of Evansville, IN and Robert Engel of San Antonio, TX; seven nieces, Julie Engel of Houston, TX, Janice Engel and Susan Engel, both of San Antonio, TX, Ann Engel of Texas, Barbara Engel of San Antonio, TX, Lennette Ashcraft of Benton and Leigh Ann Ashcraft of Baton Rouge, LA; a very special friend, Sandy Foxworth of Little Rock. There will be a visitation from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Stephenson-Dearman Funeral Home 943 Highway 425 North

Burial will be in the Union Cemetery with Military Honors
