Gust S. Kaczur, 44, of Aurora, died Friday, Feb. 12, 1999, at Maplewood Care Center in Streetsboro after a short illness. Born Jan. 4, 1954 in Cleveland, he was the son of Gustav A. and Julie (Gyory) Kaczur. A former resident of Maple Heights, he lived in Aurora since 1978. He was a graduate of Maple Heights High School and John Carroll University where he earned a bachelor's degree in accounting. He later earned his master's in accounting from Cleveland State University, then obtained a second master's degree in taxation from the University of Akron in June 1998. Mr. Kaczur was employed as a taxation accountant. He was an avid reader. Survivors include his mother, Julie, of Aurora. His father died in 1986. Calling hours are from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Green's Funeral Home in Mantua where services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday with the Rev. Thomas McCarthy officiating. Burial will follow at Aurora City Cemetery.
