In 1941, Mary married John Merryman Myers. They lived at 1808 Ruxton Road and in Cape May, New Jersey. She was a vice president of the Junior League of Baltimore, a member of the Colonial dames of Maryland, Cape May Cottagers Association, Hardy Garden Club, L'Hirondelle Club and the Cake May Tennis & Beach Club.
Mary died of cancer at the United States Public Health Service Hospital. Funeral services were held at the Church of the Good Council in Ruxton, Maryland.
