Mildred I. Carter, age 84, of Richland Center, died on Tuesday, June 21, 2011 at her residence. She was born October 27, 1926 in the Five Points area of Richland Center, the daughter of Casper and Hanna (Goplin) Moe. Mildred was united in marriage with Herbert Carter on December 19, 1950, and he preceded her in death on August 23, 1994.
