LANSE - Mrs. Whalborg Klang, 50, wife of Albert Klang of Lanse, died Friday morning in the Philipsburg State General Hospital after a long illness.

She was born Dec. 14, 1906, in Grassflat, a daughter of Hilmer and Anna Peterson Netterblade and was a member of the First Lutheran Church in Grassflat and the Ladies Aid Society of the Lanse Lutheran Church.

Surviving her are her husband, a son, Norman, Louisville, Ky,; a daughter, Mrs. Elaine Kephart, Philipsburg; two grandsons; her mother, Morrisdale R.D.; eight sisters: Mrs. Esther Anderson, Mrs. Hilda Matter, Mrs. Ellen Cain, Mrs. Ebba Lamb, all of Pittsburgh; Mrs. Anna Starstrom, Mrs. Hilma Johnson, Jamestown, N.Y.; Mrs. Violet Dahlgren and Mrs. Olga Hanson, both of Lanse; three brothers: Robert, Carl and Alex Netterblade, Morrisdale R.D.

Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. from Johnson Funeral Home in Grassflat with Rev. George Zinz officiating. Interment will follow in the Grassflat Lutheran Cemetery.
