The funeral of the late Frank Lee Cook of 601 North Jackson street, Auburn, was held at the Catholic church in that city Tuesday morning. Father Leon Franz officiating, and interment was made in the Leo cemetery. Mr. Cook died Sunday morning after an illness of six years with kidney trouble. He was born at Leo in 1872 and lived in Fort Wayne before moving to Auburn, where he engaged in cattle buying for James W. Sheffer. In 1924 he established the City Market and operated the business until ill health interferred. Surviving are the widow, Mrs. Emma Nute Cook, one brother, Alec Cook of Fort Wayne, and four sisters, Mrs. Simon Trovinger of Auburn, Mrs. Ellen McCormick of Kendallville, Mrs. Letitia Juday and Mrs. Addie Halter of Fort Wayne.
