Mae Anna's grandparents settled in Black River, Ohio,now called Lorain. They had a saloon and restaurant and, on the second floor were rooms to rent. Their home was in the rear. Grandma ran all of this while Grandpa had a cigar factory with women making cigars by hand. (this from Fred's letter to me in 1984)
Fred was a member of Teamster Local 571 and was president once. He was a genealogist, an amateur photographer, collected antique postcards, lived at 986 Warwick Dr Sheffield Lake, Ohio.
He worked for Jefferson Trucking Co, Lorain and belonged to the First Baptist Church of Sheffield Lake. Sister Anna Beese married a Wuitowicz of Amherst. Brother William Beese and his parents preceded in death.
Fred's father was Louis Lincoln Beese 1897-1954 and Rose V Bors 1904-1958
