She has lived in Farmington for four years coming there from Hemphill, and was a warehouse supervisor for Console Entergy.
Debbie is survived by her husband Phillip Kennedy of Farmington, NM, her mother Linda Funk of Hemphill, her sons Shannon Frick of Hemphill and James Brad Frick and his wife Raquel of McAllen, TX, six grandchildren, her brothers Richard Earl Clark and his wife Lisa, Vince Edward Clark and his wife Jamie, Calvin Lynn Clark and his wife Samantha all of Hemphill, and Earl Wayne Clark of Abilene, Texas.
Visitation will be from 5:00pm until 9:00pm, Monday, July 9, 2012, in the Starr Funeral Home Chapel, 510 Starr St., Hemphill, TX. Funeral services will be at 10:00am, Tuesday, July 10, 2012, in the Starr Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Rosevine Cemetery, Rosevine, Texas.
