Big River - F. C. Bliss one of Oak Grove's oldest settlers and most respected citizens died on Monday, May 5th. By the death of Mr. Bliss this community loses one who was always ready and willing to aid any and all enterprises of benefit to the community, in shore, he was greatly respected and will be mourned by a large number of relatives and friends. His remains were interred in the Presbyterian burning ground on Wednesday the 7th inst.
