Daughter of Clarence Simendinger and Stella (Kurtz) Simendinger-Cullen. Preceded in death by parents; stepfather: Lester Cullen; son: Donald Edwin DeLozier; grandson: John Russel Moore; and great-grandson: Curtis Mark DeLozier.

Survived by husband; daughters; sons; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; also survived was twin sister: Rita S. Shevock; brothers; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Stella worked in Michigan as a secretery for many years. She was amember of Saint John's Catholic Church and their Altar-Rosary Society. Past president of Summerhill Women's Club. A member of South Fork VFW Ladies Auxiliary, Summerhill Volunteer Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary, and South Fork American Legion Ladies Auxiliary.

Stella was a graduate of South Fork High School. She was known for her Notary Public Office located in her home in Summerhill.

Visitation was at Charles O. Dimond Funeral Home, Inc., South Fork, where wake service was held. Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at Saint John's Catholic Church, Summerhill, officiated by Father Daniel Wolfel, OSB. Interment in Saint Mary's Cemetery, New Germany.
