David S. Amos

David S. Amos, 70, of 11009 Haney Terr., Damascus, Md., died Monday morning in the Montgomery county General Hospital, Olney, Md.
Born in Plymouth, he resided in West Nanticoke before moving to Maryland som etime agom where he worked for the U.S. Postal Service, He returned to West Nanticoke, moving back to Maryland six years ago. He was a member of Calvary United Methodist Church, West Nanticoke.
Surviving are his wife, Frances; 2 sons; 3 daughters; sister, Mr. Gladys Amos, Binghamton, N.Y.; 11 grandchildren.
Funeral services Thursday at 11 a.m. in the Earl Lohman Funeral Home, 14 W. Green St., Nanticoke, Rev. Richard Wenzel, Calvary United Methodist Church, officiating. Interment Memorial Shrine Cemetery, Carverton.
Friends may call Wednesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
