A thorn prick, received a week ago caused blood poisoning and claimed the life of Samuel P Thompson aged 70 of 503 Negley Avenue... Sunday morning. His wife preceded him in death six weeks ago.
Surviving are his son, Howard W Thompson of East McKeesport, a daughter Mrs. Hulda Callen of Butler 2 brothers Ross Thompson... and W.P. Thompson... and 3 sisters Mrs. Lillie Byers of Boyers, Mrs. Bessie Hutchinson of W Sunbury and Mrs. Anna Beighley of Butler.
