To this union, eight (8) children were born: Henry C, Zachariah T, George W, Mary A, William B, Nancy E, David C, and Vincent Hobbs. On December 8, 1864, her husband, Vincent B. Hobbs, died.
On July 28, 1867, Clarinda(Clarinda) married Leander Gilbert in Lee County, Virginia. To this union five (5) children were born: Emmit Lee, William Harmon, Rebecca A, Alexander, and Mary E. Gilbert. On October 10, 1878, Clarinda (Clerinda) passed away and is now buried in the Tritt-Gilbert Cemetery, east of Woodway, Lee County, Virginia.∼Grave marker location: Row 4 North to South.
