Funeral services for Euel Deramus, 89, of Tyler, are scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Friday, July 6, 2012 in the chapel of Burks Walker Tippit Funeral Home with Dr. David Dykes officiating. Burial will follow at Cathedral in the Pines Cemetery. Euel was born September 23, 1922 in Cherry Hill, Arkansas to the late William and Emma Deramus and passed away on July 3, 2012 in Tyler. He lived in Tyler for the past 59 years and was a member of Green Acres Baptist Church. Euel was the owner of Deramus Stables and a professional cowboy, horseman, horse trainer and riding instructor. Euel is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Mary Deramus; a son, David Deramus; a daughter, Kathy Deramus; three grandchildren and two great grandchildren, Visitation will be from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, July 5, 2012 at the funeral home.
