DEATH STRICKEN FAMILY
Three Children Die in the Space of Five Days
And Each Death was Caused from that Dreadful Disease Diptheria-Sadness in John Gold's family
Our Alfordsville Correspondent writes as follows:
Another Child of John Gold's died Tuesday night from Diptheria, aged 5 years. This is the third child Mr. and Mrs. Gold have lost within 5 days. The other two were buried Sunday. The Grief of the parents cannot be expressed. They have the sympathy of the entire community, many of whom have lost dear ones not long since of the same dreadful disease.
