MOORESVILLE, N.C. — Bonnie Jean (Bayne) Campbell, 59, of Mooresville, and formerly of Indianapolis, passed away Tuesday, May 17, 2011. Bonnie was born on Jan. 19, 1952, in Cleveland, to Richard T. Bayne and Betty J. Lehman Bayne.
Bonnie was the beloved wife of Robert Campbell, formerly of Terre Haute. She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard T. Bayne and Betty J. (Lehman) Bayne; one son, Gary Wayne Clay; and one brother, Brian C. Bayne.
Bonnie is survived by daughter, Angela Pitzer and her husband Michael; grandchildren, Jayson Pitzer and Aria Pitzer; brother, Gary Bayne; sister, Barbara Bayne; stepsister, Susie Hauser, all of Indianapolis; half brother, Ronnie Bayne of Glenshaw, Pa.; and sister-in-law, Tammi Bayne of Hortense, Ga.
Bonnie was a 1970 graduate from Thomas Carr Howe High School and received her bachelor's degree from IUPUI. She formerly worked at Indianapolis Power and Light for 20 years and was a current employee at Bank of America in Charlotte, N.C.
