Nona Mae Blair Hall, 65, of Reliance, died Wednesday, July 3, 2012, at Woods Memorial Hospital.
A native of McMinn County, she was of the Baptist Faith, had taught Sunday School in various churches and was an avid gospel singer. A daughter of the late Troy Lee and Marie Bearfield Gibson, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Dennis Blair; two children, Freddie Lee Blair and Marlena Lynn Blair; and one nephew, Tommy Gibson.
Survivors include her husband, Curtis Hall of Reliance; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Jamie and Ronna Hall of Reliance, and Vince Hall of Chattanooga; one brother and sister-in-law, Freddie and Mary Gibson of Benton; one sister, Bernice Smith of Etowah; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services will be 7 p.m. Thursday in the South Chapel of Bordwine Funeral Home with the Rev. Benny Watson and the Rev. Bobby Green officiating. Family and friends will assemble at the funeral home at 10 a.m. Friday and will proceed to Sunrise Cemetery for the 11 a.m. burial.
Pallbearers will be Lee Gibson, Dennis Gibson, Joe Jackson, Doug Jackson, Robbie Hicks and Ed Banhart. Honorary pallbearers will be David Smith, Daril Smith and Dale Smith.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
