FRANK W. BAUER (d. 1973)

Frank W. Bauer, 86, of Tisch Mills, died Monday morning at Kewaunee Hospital.
Funeral services will be 10:30 am Wednesday at Klein and Stangel Inc., Funeral
Home, Two Rivers, the Rev. James Stamborski officiating. Burial will be in
Tisch Mills Public Cemetery.
Mr. Bauer was born March 21, 1887 in the Town of Carlton, son of the late Frank
and Frances Klimesh Bauer. He married Mary Riha June 24, 1913 at Norman and they
farmed in the Town of Carlton while also operating a threshing machine on area
farms until retiring in 1948. He was a member of the Tisch Mills Squeekers’ Club.
Survivors include two sons, Raymond and Daniel, of Rt. 1, Kewaunee; a sister,
Mrs. Mayme Nuhlicek, of Rt. 1, Kewaunee; five grandchildren and five great
grandchildren. His wife preceded him in death in 1970. Friends may call at the
funeral home after 3 pm Tuesday.
