He served as Treasurer/Assesor for the Village of Birch Run January 16th, 1956 to January 15th, 1973
He was also a member of the Village Council, he served as President of the Village Council March 17th, 1975 - March 16th, 1981
He also served as a Secretary on the Birch Run Area Schools Board of Education.
He was a member of Christ Lutheran Church, Birch Run VFW and the Chamber of Commerce.
Bill will be greatly missed by many family and friends.
