Bessie Ludell Simper Beesley, 92, passed away Wednesday, April 7, 2004 at the home of her son and daughter-in-law in Clinton.

She was born April 29, 1911 in Salina, Utah to George and Bertha Jensen Simper. She married Willard H. Beesley on May 27, 1948 in Farmington, Utah. He preceded her in death on March 20, 1997.

She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She was active as a Primary teacher, Visiting teacher, and quilting coordinator.

Surviving are one daughter and one son, Charlene Louise Jones, Lovelock, NV; Robert Adam (Laretta) Beesley, Clinton, UT; eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Also surviving are five sisters, Elaine Coates, Riverton; Lillian Reichert, Salt Lake City; Nell (Rulon) Hyatt, Gunnison; Carl (Larry) West, Rock Springs, WY; and Mary Robinson, Iowa.

She was preceded in death by her parents, four sisters, one brother, and one great granddaughter.
