Mr. Christopher B. Brooks, a well known and highly respected citizen of East Nashville, died yesterday afternoon at his home on Main Street. He was 77. Mr. Brooks, who came here two years ago from Sandersville, was highly esteemed by all who knew him. His death is deeply regretted. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 o'clock tomorrow afternoon at the family residence, followed by burial at Spring Hill Cemetery.
