Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Gamble Funeral Home with Bishop Carlos Lamar officiating. Burial will be in Cave Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 until 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
A native of Muhlenberg County, she was born March 28, 1958, the daughter of the late Benjamin and Shirley Faye Johnson Shelton.
She had worked for 15 years as a resident assistant at Western State Hospital.
She was a member of the Ye Ole Timers Club.
Survivors include her husband, Earl Shelton; three daughters, Taliesha, Stephanie and Sherry Johnson, all of Hopkinsville; three brothers, Donald Shelton, Jacksonville, Fla., Anthony and Benjamin Shelton, both of Hopkinsville; three sisters, Deborah Black and Bonnie Shelton, both of Owensboro, Katina Majors, Hopkinsville and 11 grandchildren.
