Mrs. Ella B. Epps died suddenly at 4:30 o'clock yesterday afternoon in her home, 208 North Twenty-ninth street. She leaves two sons—Booth R. and Cecil L. Epps; three brothers, E. D., Thomas H. and H. Melville Starke, and two sisters, Mrs. E. J. Bosher and Miss M. Sue Starke—all of this city. The funeral took place this afternoon from the house.
